At Aetrex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all footwear and orthotics. If you are not happy with your order, items can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and securely attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
